Spend an evening sitting on the front balcony looking at the mountains and watching the birds and butterflies. We even have a an echidna "eddie" that wanders though the neighbourhood - you may hear rustling in the front garden of an evening and get to meet him.

As we back onto the mountain with a seasonal creek to one side you will also see occasional wallabies, bush turkeys, kookaburras and many varieties of birds. The crystal clear pool with a shallow end for children is partly protected from the sun with a shade sail. Coloured pool lights and a waterfall make night time swimming fun!

This property has an electronic entry gate and a palm lined driveway leading up to a 2 bay lockable garage.
