Large lounge are with a lounge to sit many plenty of space for all to enjoy, overlooking the alfresco area. Beautiful large dining table with plenty of chairs for all.

The impressive master bedroom is generous in size,featuring a double spa bath where you can soak and unwind. Enjoy picture perfect views from your private balcony. Bed 2 is large with plenty of draw space has a queen bed large windows overlooking the resort. Bed 3 has a queen bed with plenty of light with large windows. The spare bed is a double pull down located on the ground floor.

Complete with double lock up garage for 2 cars.

Set is a tropical resort, relax at one of the spectacular recreational pools, lap pools, spas and enjoy a poolside BBQ lunch. So many facilities including tennis court and fully equipped gymnasium. This secure gated complex has onsite security from 6pm-6am.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the COVID-19 situation all public pools are to be closed until further notice. With this in mind, unfortunately, there will be no access to the complex pools.

However the private pool within the villa can be used only by those staying within the villa.

It's a self check in process. We are only a phone call or text message away. We are close by so are able to promptly assist where needed.

This is a privately owned property while you can use the facilities of the resort please don’t go to reception for check in .

Entry to the property is ONLY via the FRONT DOOR.
Not suitable for children under 8 years old because of the pool and the staircase. (if you have a child under 8 years old and would like to book this property please contact us to discuss)

Age Requirement: Guest min age is 25 years old and above. If you have children under 18yrs travelling with you please let us know.

Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names, ages and contact details of all adult guests, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.
