Only 250m back from beautiful Holloways Beach this gorgeous three bedroom beach cottage has been lovingly refurbished. Full kitchen, full laundry, work desk, internet and three queen sized beds. Split system air conditioning in every bedroom & lounge. A large sofa in the lounge. Huge fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker. An amazing outdoor entertaining set up with multiple shaded dining, BBQ, and lounging areas. Beautiful large pool to cool off in. Public transport, local cafes and shops including take away and liquor stores are literally right on the doorstep of this fantastic home.

Heaps of covered parking with an extra large carport perfect for a boat or caravan with dual gate access from the road.

Note: The second bathroom is attached to the property but only accessed externally. Housed within the laundry, both a shower and toilet, it is perfect to wash the sand and salt off you from the beach and for use when wet from the pool.
