Located a stones throw from the beach, its a perfect place to relax by the pool or take a walk on the beach. The property contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate. Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents. Take advantage of the short drive to all major attractions and restaurants. Casa De Playa - Beach Townhouse is located at Holloways beach a short drive (15 minutes) from Cairns city and all major attractions. The air conditioned living area opens out onto an undercover patio and private swimming pool. Laze in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have quality mattresses and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. Please note bedrooms are accessible by stairs only. The apartment has a main bathroom upstairs with another toilet downstairs as well as an inbuilt laundry, and high-quality towels and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware including a coffee maker and a few other staples for your convenience. The fabulous private outdoor area with undercover dining flows to the swimming pool, gardens and outdoor area to help you relax and enjoy our tropical climate. A private carport fitting one car (tight space) is included in your reservation. The entire townhouse with a large outdoor area, private pool and parking available for your sole use during your stay. Casa De Playa - Beach Townhouse is located at Holloways beach. Just 10 minutes drive north of Cairns, Holloways Beach is one of the first of the city’s famous northern beaches. Its relaxed, tropical vibe makes it the perfect beach to relax with a good book and catch up on some “me” time. The clean gentle waters of the Coral Sea are protected with stinger nets during the summer months and patrolled year-round. Cute cafes, restaurants and beach-side dining offer the best of the area’s fresh local produce. For fine dining North Queensland-style, grab some local prawns and take advantage of the barbecue and picnic facilities located on the grassy esplanade. Markets are also held by the beach on a regular basis. The Cairns Esplanade (about 15 minutes drive) is the jewel in the Cairns crown. It is very popular with locals for walking, jogging, cycle pathway, exercise equipment at various locations along the length of grassy, well-maintained lawns. The expansive parks and gardens are beautiful. There is a concrete pathway along the beach. The southern end of the Esplanade has many bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as a world-class casino with restaurants (and is adjacent to the main shopping area). Here you will find plenty of tour booking agents for a big range of reef, rainforest, tablelands tours scenic flights, fishing trips, balloon flights, and other specialty tours. The best way to get around is with hired/own vehicle. Alternatively, taxi or Uber is available as well as Cairns public transport. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible by stairs only. The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans. As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience.
