Situated on the first floor, accessible by stairs, opens a partial Esplanade and partial ocean view. Tropical artwork and fabrics plus sea creatures complete the transformation of this well-located property.
The lounge area offers a pull out double-size sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with local channels and complimentary Netflix, or can add another two sleeps. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.
The carpeted bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, wall-mounted fan and a partial ocean view.
The unit comes with a bathroom and shower and high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen.
There is also a free washing machine in the backyard shed for all six units to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware. A coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
No private parking at the property but plenty of free unlimited parking spots can be found on the street right in front of the building.
