Luxury Pool Side Apartment in Beachfront Resort

This huge, unique, air-conditioned three-bedroom luxury apartment is located on the Esplanade close to Cairns city, hospital, and airport; and comes with a custom-made luxury pool table.

It is privately owned and on the ground floor of Rydges Resort, with a resort pool (one of three) a few steps from the private entrance.

Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples traveling together, or temporary business residents.

The Esplanade is THE location for lifestyle and restaurants.

THE SPACE:
The Luxury Pool Side Apartment in Beachfront Resort was originally the resort manager's home and has been fully refurbished and extended. It is unlike any other apartment in the resort.

The lounge area offers a large suite perfect for lazing in front of the huge 80" curved TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube, or local channels. Free WiFi and a selection of board games, puzzles, and books in the bookcase for your entertainment during your stay.

The airy rumpus room is equipped with a pool table, lounge sofa, and a unique glass-topped dining suite.

All three air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans, two have queen size beds and wardrobes, the Master bedroom has a wardrobe, king-size four-poster bed, 65" Smart TV, a good size ensuite, sliding glass door access to the patio, a high chair and porta cot for your little one.

The unit also comes with another tiled bathroom for guests. Bathrobes, slippers, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with ice maker provision in the door, dishwasher, stove, oven, and all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

One undercover parking in the building carpark is included in your reservation as well as free access to all three resort swimming pools and a tennis court.

PLEASE NOTE:
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Check-in in between 2pm and 7pm. Late check-in fee $50 applies for check-in 7pm-9:30pm.
• No glass around the pool.
• Host will take a copy of ID for all people staying in the apartment.
• Any item used from the convenience store has to be paid or replaced.
