Inside, the home is thoughtfully arranged to balance connection and comfort. The kitchen and dining area form a practical hub for shared meals, positioned separately from the main lounge to create distinct zones for cooking, dining and relaxing.
The sleeping configuration is designed for extended families. Three bedrooms feature king beds, including one privately positioned room with its own access from the pool area. This king bed can be split into two king singles upon request. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk with two single beds, making it particularly suitable for children. With four bathrooms in total, including three private ensuites, the home supports larger groups comfortably.
Outdoors, the heated pool becomes a highlight of the home. During the cooler winter months, heating helps maintain a comfortable swimming temperature. In summer, the naturally warm tropical climate keeps the water inviting throughout the day.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
Here is our pet policy:
All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.
Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.
One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.
No hunting dogs.
Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only.
Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.
Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property.
Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.
Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.
No dogs on the furniture.
No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew.
A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
