Upolu Beach House - Private 3 Bedroom House walking distance to Palm Cove Beach

Relax at the Upolu Beach House and enjoy the beautiful Palm Cove, its gigantic ocean-front Melaleuca trees, entertainment facilities, restaurants, cafes and beach only a 5 minute walk away from this 3 bedroom beach house on a quiet street.

THE SPACE
The Upolu Beach House offers plenty of indoor space with two separate living areas and a backyard with swimming pool. Enjoy the outdoor area and garden, which is great for sun weather to tropical downpours if the rain arrives.

The house is tiled throughout and sleeps 6 people (2 King and 1 Queen or 1 King, 2 Single and 1 Queen if requested when you booking). All bedrooms have full size mirrors on sliding built in wall cupboards with extensive internal hanging spaces and mesh drawers for airy clothes storage. All windows have blinds to control the natural light or provide further privacy.

The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine if you wish to grind and brew that special espresso, electric food blender, Miele Dishwasher, a microwave inverter oven, a built-in oven and a broad range of utensils. In addition to indoor dining, there is also a covered outdoor dining area with undercover table setting for 8 under a ceiling fan.

All rooms have natural air-flow from the outside garden through large windows, in addition to ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

Internal laundry has washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron, hair-dryers and a stand for airing clothes. Vacuum cleaner and mop/bucket supplied. Bedding, towels, beach-towels, tea/coffee/milk/sugar provided for 6. Board-games, puzzles, books and card packs are also provided.

Outside, there is a covered paved area, swimming pool and private garden. The swimming pool has a shallow end with built-in entry steps for safe access. There are two light outdoor camping chairs which can be moved throughout the private backyard area or by the pool.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, all smoking/litter is placed in the green Council rubbish bin supplied in the back yard. If you fill the Council Recycle bin please phone us for further advice.

Covered car park for 2 cars and street parking. 5 minute walk to local bus stop and beach.

Easy self-check in available if prearranged.

For any tours to The Great Barrier Reef, Port Douglas, Cairns or Tablelands, your operator will arrange your connection or pick-up from to Palm Cove.

Swimming in the Coral Sea is accessed via a direct foot passageway through the park to the Ocean Safety-Netted Swimming Area opposite the Lifesaving Club.
