Tropical Private Open Space at Trinity

The space:

Recently renovated four bedroom house with swimming pool and big backyard.

Outdoor dining and covered entertainment area with BBQ and table tennis. The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees, and receives plenty of shade from the surrounding tropical palms.

Large kitchen and open plan living and dining. WiFi and Netflix available. Ceiling fans and split system air-conditioners to all rooms, and louvers provide cross flow ventilation.

Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy including an outdoor playground.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and a separate toilet.

Guest access:

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property.

Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk overhead and single trundle underneath.

Guests are to note that the main entrance to third bedroom is from the covered rear patio area (designed to operate as a separate bungalow if preferred). Alternatively, you can gain access from the two way shared ensuite.

The house is baby and child friendly, with the following available for use:
• Highchair
• Kids steps (to reach sink)
• Porta cot
• Change table
• Trundle bed
• Story books

Interaction with guests:

Property is self check in and check out.

All correspondence with the host is to be via “messages” through the website. A contact number will be provided in emergency situations only (English speaking only).

Other things to note:

Guests must advise how many people are staying so that sufficient linen can be provided. Please note, a port-a-cot is provided, however guests must bring their own age appropriate baby blankets / sleeping bags.

*** We have a deal with a Cairns local to keep an 8 seater Kia Carnival at the property. This can be booked separately through Car Next Door, and our guests are given priority access to the vehicle. Guests who choose not to book the car are to note that it will remain parked at the front of the property for the duration of their stay. We have used this car and it is roomy and great value.
