The Space:
Come together in the open living area for conversation or a favourite film, while a second living area upstairs offers another cosy spot to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, rice maker and refrigerator. Gather around the indoor dining table for shared meals and plans for the next day's adventures.
At the front, an outdoor entertaining deck invites alfresco dining amid lush tropical greenery, while the grassy front yard offers space for lawn games and family fun. At the rear, another entertaining area provides comfortable seating and a gas BBQ for outdoor feasts, with a dedicated play area featuring a slide and climbing holds to keep the kids entertained. The private pool invites refreshing dips beneath the tropical foliage, offering a refreshing escape on warm sunny days. Above, the spacious balcony, accessible from both the main living area and primary bedroom, invites morning coffee or afternoon drinks accompanied by leafy tropical outlooks.
At the end of the day, retreat to the primary bedroom, where a king bed, ensuite, and dressing area create a peaceful haven among the treetops. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a double. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower, while split-system air conditioning in every bedroom ensures restful nights in any season.
A private washing machine and dryer make laundry easy throughout your stay. Three parking spaces, including two in the covered carport and one in the driveway, add convenience for guests travelling by car.
Please note: Access to the home requires stairs, and additional internal stairs connect the different levels of the property.

The Neighborhood:
This home is just a three-minute drive from Smithfield Shopping Centre, one of the main shopping hubs for the Northern Beaches, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Nearby, Cairns Cattana Wetlands and Smithfield Conservation Park offer walking trails, tropical wetlands and rainforest bushwalking, while Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett brings rainforest adventure activities and spectacular coastal views. The Australian Armour and Artillery Museum, a major military attraction, is also in Smithfield.
For beach time, Half Moon Bay Beach offers a quieter Northern Beaches escape, while Trinity Beach has restaurants, cafés and beachfront dining. Palm Cove Beach is one of the region’s major tourist destinations.
Smithfield is also a gateway to Kuranda and the Atherton Tablelands, with the Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail close by, making it a convenient base for exploring the region.

Parking: There are up to three parking spots available in the driveway and carport.
Airport: 16 minutes by car.
