Set on an estate with two other, self-contained villas, you’ll enjoy complete privacy, while still being close enough to walk to the beach, shops and local eateries. Inside, you’ll find a cosy lounge area with reclining chairs to kick back and watch TV. The chef’s kitchen is framed by a central island and is well-equipped with all the essentials to whip up meals at home. Choose to dine at the eight-seater timber table or retreat to the poolside cabana for some wine and cheese as you laze by the sparkling private pool.

Four king bedrooms sleep eight guests and offer a comfortable night sleep with air conditioning and ceiling fans, plus plenty of storage for your belongings. All bedrooms but the first can be configured as a king or split king singles upon request. Three ensuite bathrooms feature a sleek glass shower, while a fourth bathroom is perfect for washing up sandy kids in the combination shower bath. Complimentary boutique consumables are provided for your stay.

Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washing machine and dryer and ample secure parking on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa and the main pool to yourself. The backyard and driveway are shared with two smaller villas within the complex. Please make yourself at home!

With it's prime position just a 10-minute stroll from Palm Beach and William Esplanade, you'll be moments from the sand and surf. Spend your days lazing by the beach or explore the dozens of eateries within walking distance. Start your morning with a coffee from The Beach Hut Cafe & Juice Bar, pop in for a pub-style meal at Chill At Portofino or enjoy an elevated dining experience at the waterfront Nu Nu Restaurant. Palm Cove Jetty is a 15-minute walk away where you can fish or swim. Hop in the car to experience the Great Barrier Reef Drive or explore the beautiful beaches and reserves along the coast.
