THE SPACE:
Stylish beachfront house is located on Holloways beach a short drive (15 minutes) from Cairns city and all major attractions.

The large lounge area opening onto an undercover patio and private garden with pool offer a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.

All four air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, wardrobes and a sliding glass door access to the patio. The third bedroom has two single-size beds and the other bedroom has a single-size bed with a trundle bed ideal for kids.

The house comes with two bathrooms - ensuite and main, separate internal laundry and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

The fabulous private outdoor area with tropical plants, seating area, undercover dining area and the private swimming pool is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate.

A carport for up to four cars for your sole use is included in your reservation.

PLEASE NOTE:
There is no fence between the beach and the house therefore it could be dangerous for small children unless supervised.

The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.

ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Check-in in between 2pm and 7pm. Late check-in fee $45 applies for check-in 7pm-9:30pm.
• No glass around the pool.
• Host will take a copy of ID for all people staying in the apartment.
• Any item used from the convenience store has to be paid or replaced.
