At the centre of the home lies a heated pool framed by secluded tropical gardens, a cabana and a generous deck, forming an inviting hub for both relaxation and family time. The first pavilion features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, along with a shared bathroom. The second pavilion is dedicated to the master suite, offering a peaceful private retreat with a queen bed, walk in robe, garden outlook and its own bathroom. The third pavilion forms the main living, dining and kitchen space, where high ceilings and warm natural textures create an inviting place to unwind, enhanced by the convenience of a guest toilet positioned near the kitchen.
Outdoors, the heated pool and surrounding greenery evoke the tranquility of a secluded resort courtyard. The cabana and deck provide multiple places to lounge or dine throughout the day, making it easy to settle into the relaxed rhythms of coastal living.

Please Note: The property has three outdoor security cameras: one above the main entrance, one on the left side facing the bin area, and one on the right side facing the switchboard and pool service access. All cameras point outside and do not monitor any indoor spaces.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
