Upstairs has ocean views to the Coral Sea and beyond. It has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area that has a fully ducted air-conditioning system and fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the culinary expert with granite bench tops and island bench. There are also two Dining Room tables that can seat 12 guests.

The living area upstairs has a 50" Smart TV with DVD and a three and a two-seater lounge for your comfort.

A second lounge entertainment room downstairs has a 55cm Smart TV and Coffee making facilities overlooking the resort style pool and also a powder room/ toilet and shower.

Clifton Beach is the perfect place to explore Tropical North Queensland where the World Heritage areas of the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics rainforest are side by side. It is just a 20 minute drive from the Cairns Airport and 30 minutes’ from Cairns CBD.

Take a scenic 40-minute drive along the edge of the Coral Sea to Port Douglas and travel through the rainforest to Kuranda in just 20 minutes. Attractions including Skyrail Rainforest Cableway a cable ski lake, go-kart track and Half Moon Bay Golf Course and Golf Driving Range are approximately 15 minutes’ drive.

A shopping centre which includes a large supermarket and a bottle shop is located within 5 minutes drive.

The master bedroom has ensuite with double spa bath and separate shower as well as a balcony with sea views.
