THE SPACE:
Oceanfront Breeze w/ Ultimate Beach Views 5 is situated on the top floor in a beachfront resort a few steps from the beach.

The large air-conditioned lounge area opening onto a private balcony with a beach view offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses, ceiling fans and wardrobes. The master bedroom with a beach view right from a queen-size bed has a good size ensuite. The second bedroom has two king single-size beds.

The unit comes with another bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven as well as all basic kitchenware. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

One allocated parking spot in a private garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared splash pool.

Clifton Beach and Palm Cove are the best to explore on bikes, we offer 3x adult size and 1x kids size pushbikes hire for a small amount (including helmets and locks).

The apartment is accessible by stairs only.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
