Guest Access:
Guests will enter the studio through a shared dual-key entryway. Once inside the entry foyer, there is private access to the studio apartment and shared access to the laundry.

The Cairns Central Station is a short taxi ride away, offering connections to various destinations. For those arriving by air, Cairns Airport (CNS) is approximately a 10-minute drive. Parking is available on-site, providing a secure space for your vehicle. Alternatively, consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and the Esplanade.

* Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.
* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.
* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed
Mid-Stay Cleans
Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $159 per service applies.
