Kanimbla is an elevated, high-quality suburb of Cairns located within approx, 15mins drive to Cairns City Centre and approx 20mins drive to Cairns Domestic & International Airport. Small local shops and public transport are within walking distance (approx 1.5km)
During your stay you`ll have access to the double lockup garage and if you`re not coming to Cairns by car please note UBER , Taxi, UBER Eats, DoorDash, etc. are all available in Cairns. Public transport is within walking distance (1.5km)
Please note this is a residential area of Cairns, please respect other residents` rights to enjoy peaceful living. No parties please and no excessive noise after 9pm and/or before 7am. Thank you very much!

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time. Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or remotes as well as a call out fee, if required. Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
