Spread over two levels, the property offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. Please note, due to the stairs, the home is not suitable for infants.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including both levels, the infinity pool, outdoor dining area, gardens, and all indoor living spaces. Parking is available in the driveway. Entry is via a secure key lockbox, with the code provided prior to arrival for a smooth self check-in.

The closest supermarket is Coles Edge Hill, only a 7-minute drive away, and the nearest pharmacy is also in Edge Hill. A car is recommended to make the most of your stay. The property offers private, secure parking and is within a 15–20 minute drive of Cairns CBD and major attractions. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
