Apartment 205 is a privately managed apartment, situated in a popular 5 star resort located on Triton Street, the southern end of Palm Cove. Adjacent to Palm Cove Beach the resort offers 3 pools – a large lagoon pool, a lap pool (heated in the winter months) and a children’s pool.

This apartment is a well maintained 2 bedroom/2 bathroom privately managed apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. It is located on the second floor, with wonderful views of the lagoon pool. All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans.

You can enjoy the large lagoon pool, lap pool (heated during the winter months) or sit poolside with a cocktail from the pool bar while your children swim in the children's pool. Take a leisurely walk on Palm Cove Beach or just enjoy the beach with your family. Just a short walk to the many wonderful restaurants of Palm Cove.

CAR PARKING: There is undercover garage parking for your car. The car park is entered with a code. This code will be sent to you with check in details before arrival.
MID STAY SERVICE: A mid stay clean is provided on stays of 10 nights and over. Any extra cleans will incur an additional cost and must be organised before your arrival.

CHECK IN:
Check in is self check in with a code. This code will be an individual code for your stay only and activates on arrival. It will be sent to you with check in details closer to your arrival date.

HOUSE RULES:
This apartment is leased to you and your guests as a holiday let only, for the stay period stated on your booking. The number of guests should not to exceed the agreed amount stated on our records and your booking.

Please supervise your children at all times especially on the balcony area and around the resort pools.

No parties/events allowed.

You must notify us of any changes in guest numbers and approval must be given for additional guest requests. In case of an emergency it is VITAL for us to know how many people are staying at the premises.

The premises are to be vacated by 10am on the agreed day of departure. Arrangements for a later departure time must be made PRIOR to departure date.

Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported and paid for immediately.

Please report any maintenance issues and we will deal with the issue promptly. No responsibility will be accepted by us for the unavailability of trades people or the failure of appliances on the premises. A suitable replacement item will be sourced and replaced as soon as possible.

No pets allowed.

For security purposes ALWAYS lock the apartment when leaving. The owners take no responsibly for the theft or loss of personal property left on the premises.

Please do not take any glass items to the resort swimming pool area.

This apartment and the resort have a NO SMOKING policy.

Do not leave any items on the cooker unsupervised. There is a call out fee for the Queensland Fire Brigade if the smoke detectors go off due to negligence. You will be responsible for this fee.

Free WIFI is supplied. No responsibility will be taken by the owner for drop outs caused by Telstra.

All rubbish should be removed from the apartment on departure. Do not leave any food items out as it will attract ants.

Please note, the bathrooms in this apartment have bath showers only. There are no walk in showers. If mobility is a problem you may need to reconsider booking this apartment.

On departure please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Close all doors, switch off all air conditioning and empty the bins into the resort bins

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
